This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Hibrosoft Software, Inc, please read it carefully. This EULA covers all existing versions of VideoAlbum from now on referred below as "Hibrosoft" unless otherwise specified. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this EULA and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. VideoAlbum IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE VideoAlbum AT YOUR OWN RISK. HIBROSOFT SOFTWARE, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove VideoAlbum files from your storage devices and cease to use the product. Hibrosoft VideoAlbum may come packaged with additional Hibrosoft Software, Inc. products or third-party products. Please review the licensing terms of these individual products. Unless explicitly stated above, Hibrosoft Software, Inc. does not grant permission to distribute the software for profit in any form, including but not limited to, electronic information service distribution, bulletin board distribution, and magnetic or optical medium distribution. Non-profit distribution of the software is additionally restricted in the same manner. We adhere to strict privacy guidelines and do NOT collect personally identifiable information unless it is voluntarily provided. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Hibrosoft Software, Inc. All copyrights to Hibrosoft Software, Inc. are exclusively owned by the author - Hibrosoft Software, Inc.
