License agreement for Vidis Lite. Vidis Lite is freeware for private and non commercial use but is not public domain software. Copyright (c) Marc De Meyer (Emdem Technologies - M-Soft - MDM) This is a legal agreement between you, the end user ("Recipient"), and the author of the software ("Author") regarding use of the software accompanying this Agreement ("Product") and its documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Product. 1. Grant of license. Author grants you ("Recipient") a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferrable license to use this Product. All other rights are reserved to Author. Recipient shall not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer the Product or accompanying printed materials ("Documentation"), if any. Recipient may not reverse engineer or decompile the Product. While the author has made every effort to deliver high quality software, the Product is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Author further disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantibility, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or perfomance of the product and documentation remains with Recipient.
