End User Licence Agreement (EULA) of Web2Map -------------------------------------------- 1. Licence The copyright of Web2Map and its documentaion is owned by Ullrich Praetz Softwaredevelopment (UPS). Subject of the terms of this licence you are granted a non exclusive right to install and use Web2Map. This right is limited to the period of 30 days after installation. In the the registrated version there is no time limitation of using or installing Web2Map. This agreement shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations discribed in this agreement. 2. Distribution You may give exact copies of the original version to anyone and distribute the free version of the software and documentaion in its unmodified from viea electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. 3. Disclaimer/Warranty The software is provided AS-IS. UPS makes no represantations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the software or its operation. To the full extent permissable by applicable law UPS disclaims all waranties. This includes damages, lost of profits, lost savings, or other incidental, indirect or consequental damages of any kind arising out of the use of Web2Map. In any case the manufactor's entire liability under any provision of this EULA shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the software product. 4. Governing Law This agreement will be governed by the laws of Germany. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically disclaimed. The jurisdirection is Lauterbach/Hessen in Germany. 5. Reverse engineering You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify or disassemble the software in whole or in part. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this licence. 6. Miscellaneous In the event of the invalidity of any portion of this agreement, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not effect the validity of the remaining portions of this agreement.
