WinDirLister may be used without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee is due. If you do not like it, remove WinDirLister completely from your PC. Unregistered use of WinDirLister after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of copyright laws. Registered Version License/Company Licenses A private single license of WinDirLister may be used by single persons for their private use on one or more computers. Alternatively, WinDirLister may be installed on a single computer and used by distinct persons at distinct times. Only one of this choices is permitted. The commercial use (use in companies or by state authorities, governmental, local or educational authorities) of a private single license is not permitted. Company licenses may be used simultaneously on an agreed number of working sites by an unlimited number of employees for the purposes of the company. The private use of a company license is not permitted. You are prohibited by law from selling, renting, leasing, loaning, or donating the program or its documentation in whole or in part, including the data for registering. By registering the software you declare that you agree with this license agreement. As you had the possibility to test the software before purchasing, you have no right to return WinDirLister. Disclaimer of Warranty This software and the accompanying files are sold as is and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. This software is copy righted. All rights remain with the autor. Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling are not permitted as well as changing the software.
