WLPP REAL ESTATE SCRIPT License Agreement END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR WLPP IT CENTER PRODUCT(S) IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This WLPP End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and WLPP IT CENTER for the WLPP software product(s) identified above. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. You are paying to use our Real Estate script on one IP address ONLY, and only for your personal/business use. You may NOT use it on more than one IP at any time or you will be in violation of these EULA. If you copy, duplicate, or pass this on to anyone else, you must remit $5,000.00 for a multi use license. Anyone who willfully ignores these EULA will be liable to civil penalties in the amount of $5,000.00. We have monitoring facilities in place and constantly check to make sure that this program is where it should be. Please do not violate our terms and subject yourself to a lawsuit. 1.GRANT OF LICENSE. Install and use the Software on a single IP and make one copy of the Software in machine-readable form solely for backup purposes. You must reproduce on any such copy all copyright notices and any other proprietary legends on the original copy of the Software. Make copies of the End-User Product and distribute those copies for use solely by yourself or personnel employed by you, or by another party, solely for its own internal purposes. 2.COPYRIGHT: The SOFTWARE is owned by WLPP IT Center and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE (if any), nor print copies of any user documentation provided in on-line or electronic form. 3.OTHER RESTRICTION: You may not make or distribute copies of the Software, or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another or over a network. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. You may not rent, lease or sublicense the Software. You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software. 4.SUPPORT SERVICES: WLPP IT CENTER provides tech support services related to the SOFTWARE ("Support Services"). Use of Support Services is governed by WLPP IT CENTER polices and programs described in the online documentation, and/or other WLPP-provided materials. Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. With respect to technical information you provide to WLPP as part of the Support Services, WLPP IT CENTER may use such information for its business purposes, including for product support and development. WLPP IT CENTER will not utilize such technical information in a form that personally identifies you. 5. TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights, WLPP IT CENTER may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE. 6. NO WARRANTIES: WLPP expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANT OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
