You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this agreement, provided you retain no copies, you transfer the entire software program, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. This license agreement automatically terminates without notice from Utech Computer Solutions, if you do not comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such an event, you must delete all copies of this software program. This software program is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.
