Full Version End-User License Agreement IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and The Ilikesoft Software for Xed FLV Sound Extractor (either a fully functional time-limited version or a feature-limited version) later referred to as 'SOFTWARE'. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. 1. SOFTWARE LICENSE. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the SOFTWARE. 2. GRANT OF LICENSE. REDISTRIBUTION OF Trial VERSION. If you are using Trial VERSION you may: make copies of the Trial VERSION as you wish; give exact copies of the original Trial VERSION to anyone; distribute Trial VERSION in its unmodified form via electronic means (Internet, BBS's, Shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc.); If you represent a magazine or news or reviews resource, you are free to place a copy of the Trial VERSION online or on a covermount CD without our permission. 3.
