Software is confidential copyrighted information of ZaTelnet and title to all copies is retained by ZaTelnet and/or its licensors. Licensee shall not modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or otherwise reverse engineer the Software. Software may not be leased, assigned, or sublicensed, in whole or in part. Software contains valuable trade secrets. Licensee promises not to extract any information or concepts from it as part of an effort to compete with licensor, nor to assist anyone else in such an effort. 3. Disclaimer of Warranty. Software is provided "AS IS," without a warranty of any kind.
