License Agreement Your use of Zipoid software indicates that you accept this license agreement: YOU MAY - Use the Freeware version of Zipoid free of charge. - Copy and distribute the Freware version of Zipoid. - Purchase a license for Zipoid Professional version to become a registered user of the software. - Run one (or more, up to number specified in the license) instance(s) of Zipoid Professional version at a time (for registered users only). YOU MAY NOT - Sublicense, rent, lease or sell any version of Zipoid software or any portion of it. - Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify any version of Zipoid or any portion of it. - Copy, share or distribute the Professional version of Zipoid software or license data. - Use the Professional version of Zipoid if you are not registered user. TERM AND TERMINATION You may terminate this license agreement at any time by returning or destroying all copyies of Zipoid in your possession an notifying the Zipoid team.
