SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT The application or software currently being installed (SOFTWARE). 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Use of SOFTWARE constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. 2. GRANT OF LICENSE: Enigma Games Incorporated (Licensor) grants to the purchaser of this SOFTWARE (Licensee) the following rights: (a) SOFTWARE. You may install and use one copy of this package, or any prior version for the same operating system, on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the package is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use as a backup. (b) SOFTWARE Content. You may not sell, license or otherwise distribute the application files contained within the SOFTWARE on a stand-alone basis or as part of any collection, or as part of any product or service for resale. 3. COPYRIGHT: The SOFTWARE is owned by Licensor and is protected by the United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, Licensee must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyright material (e.g. a book or musical recording) except that Licensee may (a) make a copy for back up purposes, and (b) transfer the software to a single hard disk for the purpose of system installation. Licensee may not copy written material accompanying the SOFTWARE. Violation of United States copyright law and/or international treaty provisions may result in both Civil and Criminal penalties. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, and music, incorporated into the SOFTWARE), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE are owned by Licensor. 4.
