Standard Use Agreement This software, is owned by UK Software, and is protected by United Kingdom copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the software like any other copyrighted material. a. You may: Use this software on any compatible computer, providing that you use the software on only one computer at a time. If this software is freeware, then you may use it on as many computers as you like. The status of this software is shown at the top of this license. Transfer this software to another party by transferring the original copy of the software program and all applicable documentation, including this End User License Agreement. You must delete and/or destroy all other copies of the software and documentation. This transfer of possession terminates your license, and all associated benefits, with UK Software. If this software is freeware, then you do not need to remove it from your computer before transferring it. Make one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes or transfer the software to a single hard disk drive, provided that you keep the original software program and accompanying documentation in your possession, solely for backup or archival purposes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, UK SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY ACTUAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST OR IMPUTED PROFITS OR ROYALTIES ARISING OUT OF OR RE LATING IN ANY WAY TO THE PRODUCT OR THIS AGREEMENT, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER YOU HAVE ADVISED UK SOFTWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.
