JustLDAP License Agreement If you have purchased the fully functional (registered) JustLDAP version, you are entitled to ongoing free upgrades to ALL later versions of the JustLDAP product. Existing registered users will be contacted using the email address supplied when the product was initially purchased. Change of email address should be sent to [email protected] to assist us in contacting you. Eastern Digital Pty Ltd will notify all registered users by email of the availability of upgraded versions. Registered users may then download all fully functional future versions of the product free of any charges from our Web site. A new registration password will be supplied to registered users. You may use the unregistered version of the JustLDAP software for up to thirty days from the date of installation for the purpose of evaluating the product. The unregistered version is set to return three user attributes. These are: sAMAccountName, telephoneNumber and givenName. The evaluation (unregistered) version of the software will continue to function after thirty days, however further use then infringes this license agreement. You are free to re-distribute the unregistered package for others to try. However all original contents of the package must be present and unaltered in the re-distributed package. The registered version of JustLDAP may be deployed as part of a client application provided a one to one correspondence exists for the licence fee. For example, if you intend only to distribute 10 client applications which depend on JustLDAP in order to function, then 10 JustLDAP licences must be purchased. For large distributions of client applications a reduced licence fee is available from us. Please Contact Us for pricing details. Grant of License The registered version may be installed on a maximum of one computer that you either own, lease or administer. The product may be stored (not installed) on as many computers/media as desired for backup purposes. Ownership Intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with Eastern Digital Pty Ltd. Copyright laws and treaties protect the Software. Title and related rights in the software components used by JustLDAP remains the property of the applicable content owner (Eastern Digital) and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such software components. Termination The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of JustLDAP Software files. Disclaimer of Warranty The entire Software product (JustLDAP and associated files) whether registered or otherwise is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind whatsoever. The user undertakes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Eastern Digital Pty Ltd or its individual directors, suppliers or resellers be liable to you or any other person or entity for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any type, including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, personal or company losses, computer failure or malfunction, or any other commercial or personal damages or losses. In no event will Eastern Digital Pty Ltd be liable for any damages in excess of the amount Eastern Digital Pty Ltd received from you for the software license, even if Eastern Digital Pty Ltd shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party. Mission Critical or Medical use The Software is in no way whatsoever guaranteed to perform flawlessly and it is not designed, manufactured or intended for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of aircraft, nuclear facilities, communication systems, air traffic control, life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. Eastern Digital Pty Ltd and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for Mission Critical or Medical use. End.
