Use of Out of the Park Baseball constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to abide by them. Out of the Park Baseball is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This license agreement grants you the nonexclusive right to use Out of the Park Baseball for personal and recreational use. Commercial use of Out of the Park Baseball is not permitted. You may not rent or lease Out of the Park Baseball. You may install and use a copy of Out of the Park Baseball on your personal computer for 10 days in demo mode. After 10 days, if you have not obtained a license, then you must un-install the product. Your purchase of Out of the Park Baseball includes two licenses that may be installed on two separate computers of the same type (PC, Mac or Linux), with the intent that the licenses will not be used by two people in two places at the same time. You may NOT give one or more of your licenses to another person for their use. Because we use different companies for handling licenses for PC, Mac and Linux, Out of the Park Baseball licenses are operating system specific. That is, you cannot install one license on a Mac, and another license on a Windows machine. You are authorized to make backup copies of Out of the Park Baseball for the sole purpose of protecting your investment. You may transfer Out of the Park Baseball freely from one computer to another, as long as only two machines are licensed and active, and as long as there is no intent to have two people play the game at the same time on separate machines. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this license agreement provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this license agreement. If the Software is an upgrade, any transfer must include the upgrade and all prior versions. Out of the Park Baseball and accompanying documentation are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software is assumed by you. Out of the Park Developments will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect, or similar damages. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You agree to these terms automatically once you install the game!
