Pocket SpamFilter END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT. IT WILL BE NECESSARY FOR YOU TO AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE BEING PERMITTED TO CONTINUE TO INSTALL THE PRODUCT. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD. The PocketPCSoft SpamFilter and the accompanying documentation are SHAREWARE. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive 30-day license to use the evaluation copy of the software and its documentation, free of charge for the sole purpose of evaluating whether to purchase an ongoing license to the Software. EVALUATION COPY DISTRIBUTION LICENSE You may also distribute the evaluation copy of the software and its documentation under following conditions: 1. LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF REMEDIES: EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE SOFTWARE AND SOFTWARE DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED AND LICENSED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities").
