COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP This Software, its source code and documentation are proprietary products of Nexmation, LLC. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your possession, installation, or use of the Software does not transfer to you any title to the intellectual property in the Software, and you will not acquire any rights to the Software except the limited right to use it as expressly set forth in this Agreement. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Software is supplied "AS IS". Nexmation, LLC. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES Nexmation, LLC. assumes no liability for damages, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software, even if Nexmation, LLC. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
