You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use, distribution, or installation of this copy of The Software indicates your acceptance of this License. This copy of the Software may be installed on a single server. Prohibited uses - You May Not: 1. RENT, LEASE, OR LEND THE SOFTWARE OR SOFTWARE DOCUMENTATION. 2. They will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement, in which event you agree to destroy the SOFTWARE and SOFTWARE documentation together with all copies in any form, and to provide us upon our request with written certification of such destruction. High Risk Activities The SOFTWARE is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Polar and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities. Technical Support Polar will provide you (the original licensee only) with limited technical support by electronic media for a period of 60 days after delivery of the SOFTWARE to you.
